UHMW PE & PTFE Film

UHMW (Ultra High Molecular Weight) PE Films are widely used as permanent protection on surfaces and can be applied to reduce friction and thus reduce energy requirements, improve flow rates, prevent jams and blockages. For materials handling equipment, draw slides and other surfaces to reduce wear and tear and also potential electrostatic build-up. Teflons can be used for high temperature insulation and protection, since they have a low surfaces energy, can be used to protect and stop sticking e.g. heat cutter bars. They are chemically stable and so can be used as a high performing permanent protective coating on surfaces.
