Foamed Acrylics
These are a special family of adhesives that have a solid solventless (UV cured) adhesive core. They are available in both clear variants and then opaque in white, grey and black with a variety of adhesive coatings. They are designed to create permanent structural bonds to replace mechanical fasteners. They are only for use on smooth surfaces and are particularly suited for the bonding of dissimilar materials that are subject to different coefficients of expansion and contraction. Widely used in the construction, metal fabrication, transport, electronics and signage & display markets, they have a myriad of applications. N595DS PE Foam Acrylic White 1mm |  | This mounting tape consists of a white, closed-cell polyethylene foam
coated on both sides with a modified solvent acrylate adhesive. The
modified solvent acrylate adhesive possesses a high initial adhesion
even on rough and critical substrates. It is lined with a white silicone-coated release paper.
For the installation of spray cast and extruded plastic parts such as panels, bars and ducts, as well as plexiglass mirrors for interior fit-outs and displays. For use as an adhesive medium for hooks, signs, handles and dispensers. Ideal for exhibitions, conferences and interior fit-outs. |
N599Double Sided Polyethylene Foam Tape |  | This mounting tape consists of a white, closed-cell polyethylene foam coated on both sides with a modified solvent acrylate adhesive. The modified solvent acrylate adhesive possesses a high initial adhesion and a high shear strength. It is lined with a white silicone-coated paper on both sides, 90 g/m².
