Adhesive Transfer

Transfer tapes are an unsupported film of adhesive on a release liner. Some have fibre or a floc that help give the transfer tape tear characteristics and this reduces edge-picking and generally makes the product more user-friendly to apply. Can be supplied reverse wound in rolls from 6mm to 19mm to fit dispenser guns that apply the adhesive film directly to a surface and the liner is recovered into the dispenser. Normally from around 40 Micron to 120 Micron in Gauge. Used widely for mounting graphics, lamination (to make products self-adhesive), splicing, point of sale, display, scrap booking, picture framing and as a pre-stitch for fabrics. There are a wide range of grades and types of adhesive including forms that are re-pulpable for the print & paper industries.
